SanrioTown Blog of the Week
SanrioTown's getting a lot of mommy bloggers! This just shows that Hello Kitty and friends will always be appealing no matter what age!
Ninaclaren's "Growng Up with Kitty" blog has something for moms and Hello Kitty fans all over. Being a fan of the cute white feline since she was a little girl because of her mother, she has shared her love for Hello Kitty for her own daughter. Cute, eh?
She doesn't just talk about Hello Kitty, though. She also features restaurants (complete with pictures of yummy food!), events, and significant events of her life, especially tales about being a mother to her two children, a boy and a girl, and stories about being a wife.

SanrioTown Blog of the Week!
Gone are the days where fathers are distant to their kids, spending more time outside the house than with the children. Now, they are more pro-active in their role in the family in every sense, from having fun with them to helping them in school stuff. Such is the case of this blogger.
"All About Kyle" is made by a father and a husband (another male blogger here on SanrioTown!) Most of his entries are centered on his son, Jared Kyle, and the rest of his family, whom he is very close to. His entries are about being a father, a husband, and even as a son. His stories follow that theme, and his tone ranges from the humorous (such as the adventures he, his wife, and his son have) to the serious (what it's like to be a family man).
Read up on his stories by going to http://blog.sanriotown.com/jaredkyle:hellokitty.com.

SanrioTown Blog of the Week!
"Mrs. Awesome Planet" is called an "experimental" blog by its writer. She mostly talks about her adventures as a mother of her two young sons. She has shopping tips and suggestions for events for mommies and their kids, so this is something that women with children would definitely enjoy reading up on. She also has ideas for family vacations and activities that everyone would get to enjoy, from the daddy of the family to the young ones!

SanrioTown Blog of the Week!
Who says guys and Sanrio don't mix? Check out this week's featured blog and discover that a rocker can actually have his blog here on SanrioTown!
"Typecats" is a blog written by a guy (yes, there are guys on SanrioTown), and his blog has entries that talk about virtually anything and everything under the sun! From sitcoms to cartoons to music to anime to toys, even poetry to philosophy... This blog has these all and more! The content and tone of the entries are just as varied: ranging from humorous to sarcastic to philosophical, you could pick up a lot of stuff in just a single journal.

Blog of the Week!
This week's featured blogger really bring her love for Sanrio in a creative level! lilah, author of "hello earth" shows that she can be productive while retaining her love for Hello Kitty - and she's got the pictures to prove this.
What gives the blog that special quality would be the pictures she includes in her entries. All of these are really cute images that showcase her interests, including items from her Sanrio collection to cookies she's baked that were shaped like Hello Kitty and other Sanrio characters. One can't help but smile at the cuteness in the blog.

SanrioTown Blog of the Week!
Anime and manga fans will surely love this week's featured blog, not only because the blogger is a fellow fan of the culture, but she's actually an honest-to-goodness anime artist herself.
neko's dream is a blog made by nekoyume to document her journey in making her own manga, called "Dream of Wings." What makes her blog cool is that she documents how she sketches some of her characters, so those who want to be artists themselves can pick up tips from her.

Blog of the Week!
Ever since anime was introduced, it has steadily grown momentum and is now one of the biggest influences of pop culture. It appeals to people of all ages (much like Hello Kitty!) Here in SanrioTown, we've got a lot of anime fans on board, and our featured blogger is a part of that mini-community!
sugar_berii is an anime-and-manga fan, and it shows in her posts! Her posts show this interest. Her entries are actually more on the cutesy type, something that young people would surely love.
You can check out her blog at http://blog.sanriotown.com/sugar_berii:hellokitty.com/.

SanrioTown Blog of the Week!
The owner is a web designer whose "interests include archeology and dental floss". While she admits that her blog does not have a general theme and that her posts would be all over the place, we think this is what makes it interesting. After all, it's fun when you can't always predict what you'll see next, right?

Blog of the Week!
When you hear "Muffled Noise", what's the first thing that pops in your head?
a. Mess and chaos
b. Music
c. Confusion
d. This week's featured blog on SanrioTown?
If you answered B or D, you've got it right. Music buffs will surely love this week's featured blog on the Blog All-Stars. "Muffled Noise" is all about the beat, the sound, and the vibe. The blog owner does not discriminate nor stick to a specific kind of music: no matter what genre, performer, or band, you'll surely find at least a tidbit of it on this journal. One day you might find her blogging about R&B, the next, boy bands (admit it: you've listened to one of their products and enjoyed it at least once in your life). It's not just bare facts that she talks about on her journal though: she makes commentries on her features, so it adds to the pull of the blog to know what she thinks about the issues she brings up.

Blog of the Week!
Hello Kitty's appeal is such that people from all over, no matter who they are or where they're coming from, will feel her pull. Today's featured blogger is a proof of this.
Her moniker Okasaneko (which is also her blog name), derived from the Japanese words "okasan" (for mother) and "neko" (for cat), says a lot about her. Not only is she a Hello Kitty fan (as evidenced by her Kitty-centric entries!), but she's also a wife and mother of two boys. This, however, isn't what makes her stand out, since there are also moms on the site. What makes her blog special is because she uses it as her medium to pursue her advocacy for autism. This is especially personal for her, since one of her sons has autism. A lot of her entries are focused on her stories about her family and their challenges when it comes to this. She is an inspiration not only because of this, but also because of her attitude in handling the situation: being grateful of what she has in life, and continuing to push forward in faith.
You can read her inspirational stories at http://blog.sanriotown.com/okasaneko:hellokitty.com/.

SanrioTown Blog of the Week!
This week's featured journal is another (proudly) pink blog. Daisychan's House ~Sanrio Way~ is our featured blogger of this week, and she's got a lot of stuff in her entries to go with the pretty color and banner she adds in every entry.
A little info about the writer: she is a self-confessed "otaku", who hails from Brazil. She is a huge fan of anime, manga, video games, and computer stuff, and her posts usually revolve around these topics. Her blog's main selling point would probably be AMVs that she has made herself, featuring scenes and characters from her favorite anime. Aside from this, she also features online games and snippets on her personal life, even lyrics of songs she listens to.

SanrioTown Blog of the Week!
Manila Fashion Observer is our featured blogger this week, and her blog is a mixture of paradoxes.
First of all, she's not based in Manila. Secondly, her blog's not all about fashion, but also has food, make-up, sights, toys, Hello Kitty, and have we mentioned food already?:D It's really a cool mishmash of stories and ideas about New York (where she's writing from). If you want to visit the Big Apple without leaving your nice comfortable place, visit this blog because Manila Fashion Observer can be your virtual tour guide of the place, being your eyes, ears, and tastebuds of what the city has to offer.

SanrioTown Blog of the Week!
During your visits to SanrioTown, have you ever wondered what it would be like if it became an honest-to-goodness, real village, where you and your favorite characters interacted and have fun the whole day? Lilybethflame has thought of the same idea, and because of this, we award her visual and written creativity by making her the newest addition of the Blog All-Stars!
Pink Bear, Blue Bear, Pink Cat, Purple Cat is quite unique because of a variety of reasons: not only is the writer situating herself in SanrioTown, but she also writes as Pink Bear, her very own, self-made character! She even included a back story for her, saying that she originally came from Daisyville, a village . She even included family and friends as part of the package, also self-created. What makes the blog even better is that she even includes images of Pink Bear and her family and friends hanging out, so you can really imagine what's happening and how the characters look like. She even interacts with the other blog members on SanrioTown, especially with the character blogs, making the concept of "SanrioTown" real, in a sense.

SanrioTown Blog of the Week!
Boo! A lot of people at Sanrio Town have Halloween fever, and it spilled over on some of the blogs! From greetings to graphics to jokes, they're getting into it, and this week's featured online journal is no exception.
Hello Peanut *^^*, owned and maintained by od3sa, greets everyone a Happy Halloween with a homemade (?) "kitty o' lantern" to "guide those that are lost." We don't really know if that's going to be the case, but the carved pumpkin sure is cute!
She's got a variety of fun entries aside from her Halloween post. According to her, she's got "Project: Hello Kitty" going on, and she's now pretty busy "kittifying" not only her blog, but her life too, even defending the little white cat from her friends.

Blog of the Week!
Technology is used so that people will have easier and better lives - usually. While some gadgets are undoubtedly helpful in helping us with our tasks, such as computers and vacuum cleaners, and/or bring us simple joys, like MP3 players and TV sets, some just make you pause, maybe scratch your head, and think about why they were actually invented. This week's featured blog directs the spotlight to some of the quirky items that have been made throughout the years that range from funny, to weird, to just plain out of the world.
"Short Circuit", as you probably already inferred, is not your typical gadgets blog. Sure, it features stuff that beep, light up, and burn up energy, but these aren't your regular, run-of-the-mill devices. Instead, these are items that the average person probably would not think of - until they actually encounter these. Want to understand what your cat's trying to tell you? Get her a Meowlingual and you'll be able to communicate on a different level - certainly with less scratching and hissing involved. Do you plan on going to outer space? Don't forget to bring some QUID - intergalactic currency (we did say it's out of this world). Do you want your alarm clock to actually make you awake and not just groggy? Get the flying kind and get an adrenaline rush chasing it to start your morning. All of these and more devices are featured on this blog, all presented in a fun and upbeat way, with pros and cons being given by the writer to show why you need (or not) these stuff. If this blog doesn't make you rush to the closest electronic shop to pick up the latest quirky gadget, it will at least give you a few chuckles - and renewed faith in the human imagination.

Blog of the Week!
There are a lot of animal lovers here on SanrioTown, some of which have already been featured as part of the Blog All-Stars here in the SanrioTown Main Blog, and this week's "star" is no exception!
Meet shiningstarsarah, owner of the blog "Sarah, Proud and Tall". While she doesn't say it face up, we get the feeling that she really has a soft spot for animals, if her blog entries are an indication.
Her entries are usually about her favorite animals: her dog Dixie and horses. Her love for the latter shows on her posts, because she not only talks about these in general, but she also gives information on what kinds of saddles are good and stories about her favorite horse.
Get to know Sarah and read her animal stories by going to http://blog.sanriotown.com/shiningstarsarah:hellokitty.com/.

Blog of the Week!
This week's featured blog has a little something for everyone: men and women, kids and adults, fashionistas and academic people, etc. This is a feat that isn't that easy to achieve, not only because it's hard to cover all bases, but also because a person might get confused with the hodge-podge of ideas and move on to a new article from another author. This week's featured blog is able to accomplish this with flying colors.
"You Made What?!," owned and maintained by yberry, is this week's new Blog All-Star member.
This blog caters to just about everybody because of its topics that are seemingly endless. From fashion advice and tips to trivia to unique food, "You Made What?!" got it covered. The owner includes witty commentaries in her entries to tell the world what she thinks about the topic she's talking about.

RSS Feeds on the SanrioTown Blogs
SanrioTown's going through a lot of changes right now, as you probably have noticed.:D Another improvement that we've made recently is the addition of the RSS Reader to every blog on SanrioTown.
Have you noticed the four little boxes with Hello Kitty, My Melody, Badtz-Maru, and CoroCoro Kuririn at the bottom of every blog here? These are the RSS readers. What are they for, you ask? Simple: they present to you quick snippets of the latest posts made on the official blogs: the SanrioTown Main Blog,
Ishida's FAQ Blog, Hello Kitty World, and Blog All-Stars. This means that the news will be delivered directly to your blog doorstep, and you can click on the topics/articles that interest you the most right from there. You don't have to constantly visit these sites to check out
what's the latest, because it's already given to you.
The best part is that you don't have to go through a complicated procedure to set it up on your blog, because it's already there by default. All you have to do is scroll to the bottom of the page and you can click on the blog entries' titles at your convenience.
Check this and other SanrioTown features by visiting SanrioTown.com now!
